CYON TECH brick making equipment covers mobile, electric, diesel, semi-automatic and vacuum-extrusion series. Output ranges from 300–400 to 600–800 molding cycles per shift, while vacuum extruders deliver 1–8 tons per hour for projects ranging from small building-material plants to medium-scale continuous production.

Simple operation typically requires only 1–2 people. Interchangeable molds produce hollow blocks, solid blocks and standard bricks in different sizes, with customization available for equipment, voltage, molds and brick formats. Practical, mobile designs process local materials including sand, cement, gravel, fly ash, slag and clay. Products have been exported to more than 30 countries and regions.

Automatic Production for a Growing Block Supplier

A local building-material producer supplies concrete hollow blocks for homes, boundary walls, small commercial buildings and contractors. As orders increased, its previous small equipment could no longer meet delivery schedules, and loading, demolding, handling and sorting required too many workers.

The customer selected the fully automatic CYB-425AE with 380V electric drive, 23.4 kW total power, 15 MPa working pressure and an approximately 25-second molding cycle. Routine production requires only 1–2 operators.

Automatic molding and pallet transfer replaced repetitive manual work, allowing staff to focus on material preparation, monitoring and finished-product handling. Stable cycles improved consistency and helped the customer complete concentrated project orders faster without continually adding labor or extending working hours.

Interchangeable molds also let the producer respond to local demand: 400×200×200 mm hollow blocks form 3 pieces per cycle, 400×150×200 mm blocks form 4, 400×100×200 mm blocks form 5, and 240×50×115 mm standard bricks form 20.

Semi-automatic Production with Flexible Molds

An Indonesian building-material producer supplies hollow concrete blocks for residential, small commercial and nearby construction projects. Manual molds required several workers for feeding, forming and demolding, while daily output depended heavily on operator experience and block consistency varied between batches.

The customer selected the semi-automatic CYB-435AE with three 1.1 kW vibration motors, 4.8 / 7.3 kW total power, 220V / 380V support and an approximately 35-second cycle. The machine completes 600–800 molding cycles per shift with only 1–2 operators and processes locally available sand, gravel, cement, fly ash and slag.

Machine-controlled pressing and molding replaced repetitive manual forming. Production became more continuous, daily planning more predictable and block consistency more stable. The customer now handles concentrated orders with fewer workers and lower long-term labor costs.

Different molds support changing demand. Depending on the mold configuration, each cycle produces 2–4 blocks at 400×200×200 mm, 3–5 at 400×150×200 mm, or 4–7 at 400×100×200 mm.
