Spraying Equipment from Portable Units to High-output Systems

CYON TECH CYP spraying equipment ranges from compact portable units to high-flow, high-pressure machines. Main power spans 750W–5.5 kW, with additional 9 HP and 13 HP gasoline or diesel configurations.

Working pressure ranges from 200 bar to 50 MPa, output from 1.7–15.5 L/min, and selected high-pressure models support nozzle sizes up to 0.027 inch. Electric options include 110V, 220–240V and 380V, while machine weights from 18–135 kg support both portable work and continuous high-intensity spraying.

Faster Wall Finishing with Less Repeated Manual Work

An Afghan contractor works on interior and exterior walls for homes, shops and small commercial buildings. Putty had previously been applied mainly by hand, requiring more workers for mixing, carrying, feeding and repeated coating across large surfaces. Project schedules were therefore highly dependent on crew size.

The customer selected the electric CYP-980AE with 5000W power, a 220V supply, maximum pressure of 25 MPa and output of 10.33 L/min. Its stable pressure and high flow support the continuous delivery of putty and selected high-viscosity wall materials.

Prepared material can now travel directly through the high-pressure hose to the spray gun. The crew focuses on machine feeding, spraying, leveling and final finishing instead of repeatedly moving material by hand. The wheeled unit and adjustable hose routing also simplify relocation as the work area changes.

Continuous and even application has increased wall coverage while reducing repetitive labor. The contractor can complete more work with fewer people, keep daily progress steadier and release follow-on finishing trades sooner.
