Electric and Diesel Solutions for Faster Wall Plastering

CYON TECH CYM mortar spraying machines are available in electric and diesel configurations, with construction efficiency from 100–400 m²/h. The series delivers mortar up to 40 m vertically and 80 m horizontally for residential, factory and commercial wall-plastering projects.

Normal operation requires only 2–3 people. Direct pipeline delivery reduces manual transport and wall application, helping crews maintain a continuous spraying rhythm and move more labor to leveling, finishing and other essential work.

Residential and Commercial Wall Plastering

A Vietnamese construction team was completing wall plastering for residential and commercial buildings. The previous workflow relied on manual mortar transport and hand application, requiring several workers and becoming increasingly difficult to coordinate on higher floors.

The team selected the CYM-75AE with 140–180 m²/h construction efficiency, 15–20 m vertical delivery and 10–50 m horizontal reach. The machine supports multi-story homes, shops, factories and other wall-mortar delivery and spraying work.

Once deployed, mixed mortar traveled directly through the pipeline to the work area. The crew focused on feeding, spraying and subsequent leveling instead of repeated carrying. On second and third floors or in deeper construction zones, fewer workers needed to move material up and down, allowing spraying to continue with a simpler site organization.
